How to Volunteer for Keys Recovery Efforts

People and parties interested in volunteering within Monroe County Florida in response to Hurricane Irma may register to do so at www.volunteerflorida.org/irma/. 

Volunteers can also call the Information Hotline 1-800-955-5504 or report to MM 30.

Donations of goods and supplies (no clothes, please) now can be accepted at a facility on Rockland Key (MM 9). These goods and supplies will be distributed through local nonprofits. The warehouse is large, can accept semis and has a forklift. Please call 305-900-8687 or 305-923-2238 to coordinate acceptance.

Callers wanting to donate in Miami can visit 318 NW 23 Street. Point of contact is Larry Williamson @ 210-770-0001. In Tampa: 4545 Madison Industrial Lane. Point of contact is Jeff Burns @ 609-731-2919.

All unsolicited donations should be taken to the Flea Market at 30250 Overseas Hwy. on Big Pine Key.
